Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any LinKoders application. By downloading, installing, or using a LinKoders App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and LinKoders for your use of any application published by LinKoders (each, an "App").

Important: This Agreement is between you and LinKoders only — not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). LinKoders, not Apple, is solely responsible for each App and its content. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to any LinKoders App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LinKoders grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the applicable App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of any LinKoders App
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any App, except as permitted by applicable law
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer any App to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright notices) in or on any App
• Use any App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use any App to create, send, or store documents for fraudulent, deceptive, money-laundering, or tax-evasion purposes

All LinKoders Apps and all content, features, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation included in or associated with them are the exclusive property of LinKoders or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws worldwide.

"LinKoders" and all LinKoders App names and logos are trademarks of LinKoders. This license does not grant you any rights to any LinKoders trademark or service mark.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create or import within any LinKoders App. LinKoders claims no rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all documents and data you create using our Apps.

4.1 General

Some LinKoders Apps offer optional paid features through Apple's in-app purchase system, including auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time non-consumable purchases. The specific products, pricing, and periods available are displayed within each App and on the relevant App Store product page.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase within the App and on the App Store product page. Prices may vary by region and are set in accordance with Apple's pricing tiers. LinKoders reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4.3 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions — Required Disclosures

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription through any LinKoders App:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge: Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable renewal price.
• Managing your subscription: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on your device (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iPhone/iPad, or App Store → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on Mac).
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that product.
• Price changes: Apple will notify you of any price increases before they take effect and may require your consent to continue.

4.4 One-Time Non-Consumable Purchases

Where a LinKoders App offers a one-time non-consumable purchase (e.g., a lifetime unlock), this is a single payment with no auto-renewal. It can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option within the App.

4.5 Restoring Purchases

If you change devices or reinstall a LinKoders App, use the "Restore Purchases" option within the App to restore any previously purchased subscriptions or non-consumable purchases associated with your Apple ID. Restoration is handled by Apple's StoreKit and requires an internet connection.

4.6 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. LinKoders does not control Apple's refund decisions. EU/EEA consumers may also have statutory withdrawal rights under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, subject to the limitations applicable to digital content delivered with user consent before the withdrawal period expires.

4.7 Free Tier Limitations

Where a LinKoders App offers a free tier, LinKoders reserves the right to adjust the features available in the free tier at any time, with reasonable notice to users where practicable.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to download or use any LinKoders App. By using any LinKoders App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. LinKoders Apps are not directed to, and should not be used by, children under the applicable minimum age.

LinKoders — not Apple — is solely responsible for providing maintenance, support, and updates for all of our Apps. If you experience any issues with any LinKoders App, please contact us at [email protected] or visit www.linkoders.com. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for any LinKoders App.

LinKoders may release updates from time to time and reserves the right to discontinue any App or feature with reasonable notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL LINKODERS APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LINKODERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law, including the EU Sale of Goods and Digital Content Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.

Apple warranty clause: In the event of any failure of a LinKoders App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be LinKoders' sole responsibility.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKODERS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY LINKODERS APP.

LINKODERS' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR ANY LINKODERS APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LINKODERS (VIA APPLE) FOR THE RELEVANT APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.00.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes LinKoders' liability for death or personal injury caused by LinKoders' negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

LinKoders — not Apple — is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to any LinKoders App or your use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection or privacy claims.

If any third party claims that a LinKoders App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights, LinKoders — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to use all LinKoders Apps in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You agree not to use any LinKoders App to create fraudulent or misleading documents, facilitate tax evasion or financial crime, impersonate any person or entity, violate any applicable law, or circumvent or interfere with any security features of any App.

LinKoders Apps may allow you to open links to external websites or to share content via third-party applications. LinKoders is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or application. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using such services in connection with any LinKoders App.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically, without notice from LinKoders, if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the relevant App and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 3, 7, 8, 15, 16, and 17 of these Terms survive termination.

LinKoders also reserves the right to discontinue any App or suspend access to it with reasonable notice where required by law or platform policy.

You and LinKoders acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

For users in the European Union or European Economic Area: Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the EU Member State in which you reside. Any dispute may also be referred to the competent courts of your country of residence.

For users in the United Kingdom: Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of UK consumer-protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For US users: Any dispute not resolved by contacting LinKoders at [email protected] may be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court. You and LinKoders each waive any right to a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

For all other jurisdictions: We acknowledge and respect the mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection laws applicable in your country.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the LinKoders Privacy Policy and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and LinKoders regarding any LinKoders App.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

No Waiver. Failure by LinKoders to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without LinKoders' prior written consent. LinKoders may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

Force Majeure. LinKoders shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.

Language. These Terms are written in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall control in the event of any conflict.

Updates to These Terms. LinKoders may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the relevant App or through App Store update notes. Continued use of any LinKoders App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
