This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile and desktop applications published by LinKoders through the Apple App Store and any other distribution platforms (each, an "App," collectively "our Apps").
Quick Summary: LinKoders Apps are built on a privacy-first, offline-first architecture. Our Apps do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you create stays on your device. We never see it. Full details below.
This Privacy Policy explains how LinKoders ("LinKoders," "we," "us," or "our"), a software company organized under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, approaches privacy across all of our applications and services.
This Policy applies to all users of any LinKoders App, regardless of their country of residence or the platform on which the App is used. It covers all Apps published by LinKoders now and in the future, unless a specific App provides its own separate privacy notice — in which case that notice governs for that App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This document is written in plain language so you understand exactly what happens — and what does not happen — with any information related to your use of our Apps.

LinKoders is a software development company organized under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We design, develop, and publish productivity and business applications for individuals and small businesses worldwide.

All LinKoders Apps are built on a privacy-first, offline-first architecture. LinKoders does not collect, record, store, transmit, sell, share, rent, license, or otherwise process any personal data or personal information from you through any of our Apps.
All content you create or import inside a LinKoders App — including but not limited to documents, records, files, client information, business details, settings, preferences, and any other data you enter — is stored exclusively on your device in the App's sandboxed local container, and optionally in your personal iCloud account (under your own Apple ID, to which LinKoders has no access whatsoever). Your content is never transmitted to any server owned or operated by LinKoders or any third party.
To be fully transparent, the following categories of personal information — which many apps do collect — are not collected by any LinKoders App in any form:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address, device identifier, advertising identifier, user ID
- Commercial information — purchase history beyond what Apple provides in its anonymized reports
- Internet or network activity — browsing history, search history, or interaction with the App beyond what occurs entirely on-device
- Location data — precise or approximate geolocation
- Biometric information — fingerprints, facial geometry, or voice data
- Sensory or audio data — photos, video, audio recordings (note: if you grant camera or photo library access within an App, any resulting image or file is processed entirely on-device and never transmitted)
- Professional or employment information
- Education information
- Inferences — profiles drawn about your preferences, behavior, or characteristics
- Sensitive personal information — racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, sexual orientation, political opinions, or financial account credentials
LinKoders does not engage in profiling, automated decision-making, behavioral advertising, or cross-context behavioral tracking of any kind across any of our Apps.
Some LinKoders Apps offer optional paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time non-consumable purchases. All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the StoreKit framework and are governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
- Your name, Apple ID, or email address
- Your payment card details or billing address
- Any financial account information
- Apple's standard non-personal transaction receipts (used locally on your device to verify your purchase status)
- Aggregated, anonymized sales and subscriber reports provided by Apple to all App Store developers through App Store Connect — these reports are not linked to any individual user
To restore prior purchases, our Apps use StoreKit's on-device receipt validation. No personal data is transmitted to LinKoders during this process.
LinKoders Apps contain:
- No third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- No crash-reporting SDKs (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry, Bugsnag)
- No advertising networks (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Audience Network)
- No social media SDKs (e.g., Facebook Login, Twitter/X SDK)
- No attribution or marketing SDKs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
- No third-party tracking technologies of any kind
The only external service our Apps interact with is Apple StoreKit (for in-app purchases) and, where you have enabled it, Apple iCloud (for your own device sync under your Apple ID). Both are operated exclusively by Apple Inc. under Apple's own Privacy Policy.
LinKoders Apps do not engage in "tracking" as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework — that is, we do not link user or device data collected from our Apps with data from third parties for the purpose of targeted advertising or selling to data brokers. Accordingly, our Apps do not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Where an App requests access to device capabilities such as the Photo Library or Camera, any resulting content is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any external server. You can revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings app. Revoking a permission will limit related functionality within the App but will not otherwise affect it.
If you use Apple's iCloud on your device and an App's iCloud sync feature is enabled, your App data may be synchronized across your personal devices via your Apple ID. This synchronization is performed entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure under Apple's Privacy Policy. LinKoders has no access to your iCloud data at any time.
LinKoders Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because our Apps collect no personal information from any user, no data relating to children is transmitted to or stored by LinKoders.

Although LinKoders holds no personal data about you, various privacy laws around the world grant you rights in relation to your personal information. We respect and honor those rights.
- Access a copy of your personal data held by us

- Request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing of your personal data
- Receive your personal data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with your national data-protection supervisory authority
- Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect
- Know whether your personal information is sold or shared, and to whom
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Delete personal information we have collected
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights
Because LinKoders collects no personal data, we have nothing to disclose, correct, delete, or port on our end. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected] and we will confirm in writing that we hold no personal data about you.
To delete content you have created within any LinKoders App, simply delete the relevant records from within the App itself, or uninstall the App from your device. All locally stored App data will be removed when you uninstall the App.
Under Pakistani law, including the Constitution of Pakistan (Article 14, right to privacy) and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA 2016), you have the right to the protection of your personal data. LinKoders respects these rights as a foundational design principle across all of our products.
To the extent that EU/EEA/UK data-protection law applies, LinKoders does not act as a controller or processor of personal data through our Apps, because no personal data is transmitted to or processed by LinKoders. Where Apple processes personal data in connection with App Store transactions or iCloud, Apple is the independent controller of that processing under its own Privacy Policy and applicable legal frameworks including Standard Contractual Clauses.
LinKoders is based in Pakistan. Because we do not collect or transmit any personal data, no international transfer of personal data from users to LinKoders occurs. Apple may transfer transaction data across jurisdictions in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable legal mechanisms.
Apple requires all App Store developers to provide a privacy nutrition label for each App. LinKoders' nutrition label accurately reflects our offline-first architecture: we declare no data collected for any LinKoders App that does not transmit data externally. Where an App uses Apple StoreKit or iCloud, this is handled under Apple's own data practices, not LinKoders'. You can view each App's nutrition label on its App Store product page.
Although LinKoders does not collect personal data, we apply industry-standard secure development practices to all of our Apps. Content you create within any LinKoders App is stored in the App's sandboxed container on your device, protected by the operating system's own security model, including hardware-encrypted storage on supported Apple platforms when a device passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID is enabled.
You are responsible for the physical security of your device, maintaining a strong device passcode, and securing your Apple ID credentials.
We retain no personal data because we collect none. Content you create within any LinKoders App remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Apple retains transaction records related to your purchases under Apple's own data-retention policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and post the revised Policy at www.linkoders.com/privacy. For material changes, we will provide notice within the relevant App or through the App Store update notes. Your continued use of any LinKoders App after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We review this Policy at least annually.
This Privacy Policy is part of a set of legal documents governing your use of LinKoders Apps. Please also review our Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement, which governs your license to use our Apps, in-app purchases, warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
